1. Use of the Site

BoomVidz allows you to create AI-generated videos using uploaded media, scripts, and stock content. You agree not to misuse the service, upload harmful content, or violate copyright laws.

2. User-Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of your uploaded media and scripts. You grant BoomVidz temporary permission to use this content solely for generating your video.

3. Payment and Editing Session Terms

Each video project requires a one-time payment of approximately $2.49 USD (charged as R49.00 ZAR), processed via our payment provider. This payment grants you a single "Editing Session" for that specific project.

An "Editing Session" entitles you to make unlimited modifications and generate new versions of your video, provided the cumulative duration of all generated videos within that session does not exceed 100 minutes.

Upon exceeding the 100-minute limit, you will be granted one (1) final opportunity to generate the video. After this final generation, the Editing Session for that project is considered complete and will be locked from further edits.

The right to download and use the final generated video for personal or commercial use is granted upon the finalization of the Editing Session. Making further changes after finalization will require a new payment, initiating a new Editing Session.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are not issued unless a technical failure prevents video generation.

5. AI Limitations

BoomVidz uses AI to generate video content. Output may contain errors or approximations. You accept responsibility for reviewing and approving your final video.

6. Intellectual Property

The BoomVidz platform, interface, and core technology are owned by BoomVidz. Users may not copy or resell the service without permission.

7. Liability

BoomVidz is not liable for any damages resulting from use of the platform. You agree to use the service as-is.

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the latest version.
